Sarah’s career has taken from senior leadership roles across the NHS to founding 365 Response, a Patient Transport Digital Marketplace and software provider, which she exited in 2021. Her passion for healthcare led her to found HealthBid (now part of Bidding Limited – along with Brendan, Tom and David – in 2015, which led her to becoming to Group Chair of Bidding Limited in 2023 when the business expanded, acquiring both ContractsWise and AMBid.

Brendan’s career has seen him journey from TV journalism to scaling and exiting numerous digital, consultancy and services business over the past 20 years. He has significant experience in bidding and contract management across Patient Transport Services, healthcare software platforms and many more, and is currently the Chair of Yorkshire Sport, and a NED of various fast growing business.

Rob’s background spans from key roles across the commercial arms of BT Group through to a successful period as Sales Director and, later, Managing Director of healthcare software provider, RotaMaster. He’s worked extensively on Central Government, Local Authority and NHS contracts, and directs our sales and marketing teams across the Bidding Limited group to ensure that we’re providing market leading services to our clients.

David spent the early stages of his career serving in the Armed Forces, before working in senior bid positions at Raytheon and ERS Medical, among others, before forming part of the founding team of HealthBid (now part of Bidding Limited) in 2015. David has won £bns worth of bids across the NHS, Local Authorities and defence sectors.

Mike spent over 17 years in the British Army before making the move to bidding with Stericycle in 2013. As the Group Head of NHS Strategic Sales he worked on a large number of complex healthcare waste bids, growing Stericycle’s UK business significantly through public sector contract wins. He joined HealthBid (now part of Bidding Limited) in 2016, and is now our the Chief Operating Officer across the Bidding Limited group of companies.

Chris has a solid track record in various leadership roles over the past 15 years. As GM of First Practice Management, he grew the business significantly over a period of 4 years, before joining IQUS as Operations Director in 2015. He managed the business through to sale to M3 Inc. in 2017, before taking over as Managing Director through to 2021. Most recently, he was the CTO of 365 Response, a group of technology companies working across patient transport services.

Philip joined AM Bid in April 2021 bringing with him over a decade of highly successful bidding experience. He is an Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) certified Practitioner, with extensive experience of working with, supporting, and mentoring bid teams, and of bidding to a broad range of public and private sector clients, including central and local government.

Since joining Bidding Limited in 2019, Tânia has worked across a variety of public, private and specialist healthcare services, including as a dedicated Senior Bid Manager for one of the biggest names in international health tech. She has been a key part in supporting a best-in-class bid management team, with a focus on quality, craftsmanship and bespoke client relationships.

Launched AM Bid in 2014 and has successfully grown it to become one of the UK’s leading bidding consultancies. He has gained exceptional contractor experience in FTSE100 companies and SMEs as well as roles with clients in both local government and the third sector.

Andrew is the APMP Global Thought Leader of the Year 2022/23.
